We have the space. You bring the fun.
Rental of the Rock Ridge Community Club is available to members in good standing and local civic groups (i.e. PTA, PBA, etc.). A $100.00 deposit is required at the time the application is submitted in order to secure the desired date. The balance is due one week before the event with a separate $400.00 security check that will be returned after inspection of the clubhouse.

RRCC RENTAL RULES + REGULATIONS

Rental of the Rock Ridge Community Club is available for rental to members in good standing.

Application requests are submitted through the “Rental Request Form” on the website.

Rock Ridge Clubhouse is not available for rentals during the month of July unless prior approval from the RRCC board.

All alcohol is purchased from RRCC and not permitted to be removed from the clubhouse.

Only members and their guests 21 years old and older are permitted to consume alcoholic beverages.

Please notify a RRCC board member if the Clubhouse is not in acceptable condition at help@rockridgelake.org.

Helium balloons are not permitted in the clubhouse.

Tape and staples are not permitted on the walls.

Clean-up is required immediately at the end of the event. Clubhouse should be in the condition it was rented.

Cleaning of the kitchen area and stove is the responsibility of the renter.

All food must be removed from the refrigerator upon departure.

No children are permitted in the kitchen.

Swimming and boating is not permitted by the rental and their guests.

Pool table and shuffleboard table may not be used during the rental period.

Parking is only permitted in the parking lot.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the Clubhouse.

Violations of the rules will result in forfeit of the deposit.
RRCC BAR RULES + REGULATIONS

All alcohol must be purchased from Rock Ridge Community Club and consumed on premises.

No outside alcohol permitted with rentals.

Bartenders are required if the bar area is rented.
-
$100 per bartender.

All events with minors must be supervised by the renter.
